Final values may be adjusted following physical inspection, audit, and verification of equipment.

3. Data Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring appropriate handling of sensitive data prior to transfer of equipment.

Ascend offers certified data destruction services using industry-recognized tools, including Active KillDisk, with DoD-compliant overwriting procedures.

4. Equipment Ownership

Clients confirm that they have full ownership or authorized rights to dispose of all equipment submitted for processing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ascend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Logistics & Handling

Pickup, transportation, and processing timelines may vary depending on location, asset volume, and service requirements.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable Canadian regulations.
